Well, either buy some DIN radio removal tools (all they really are is some hard wire bent in the shape of a U, cost like 2 bucks) or take a coat hanger and stick 2 ends in teh two holes of the radio on one side then pull out that side a little bit, then do the same for the other.

If you dont want to take the radio out yo can just pop off a sill plate and the speaker wire for the rear speakers is ran under there, and you can just splice in there.

As for running the wire, the best place I have found is to go under the dash (or under the carpet) on the drivers side to the kick panel, take off the kick panel and sill plates and run the wire under those and then you can run them all the way to the back under there. The reason i say drivers side is becasue if you run it under dash on the passengers side the glove box and what not gets in the way, and its kinda hard to find a place to run wire.
