in dash LCD

i was thinking about installing a in dash LCD, and I was wondering what would be a good brand, and also I live in a cold environment and what temp. would the unit freeze?

My head unit is a Pioneer P6600DVD. Its a DIN size unit that has a 6.5 flip up touch screen. I also installed a DIN size DEQ7600 EQ/Sound Processor under the the HU....not only did this add infinit control of the system but it also filled the hole that would have been left had I just went with a single DIN size HU.

As for temperature range....I am not sure about the HU but my Toshiba headrest monitors have listed in the operatoring instructions:
Storage Temp: -25*C ~ 60*C
Operating Temp: 0*C ~ 40*C
