I just bought my 2002 F150 supercab this weekend only to find out that the cd player won't play any cd's at all. It pulls the cd in like everything is normal and shows "cd track 1" on the bottom of the display, but after about 10 seconds the display reads "bad disc" and then spits out the cd.

Is there any fix to this at all? Or do I have to just give up on it and put in another cd player.

I'd like to fix it on my own if possible and would appreciate any feedback given.
