After quite a bit of research, I've opted to move forward with this option. Best Buy has me on the waiting list...

I'd buy elsewhere but I have a $100 gift card that is earmarked for this item... I'm told I should have one before Christmas but, I'm not holding my breath.

Well, the manager snubbed the 'waiting list' at BB and thus, it's a first come/first served basis now (which is probably how it should've been all along). That being said, I've pre-ordered one with Circuit City as they seem to be getting them in left and right for the pre-order folks. In fact, they got 25 yesterday... too bad I was number 33 on the list.

Hopefully next week I can chime back in with the functionality of this little gizmo.

Hey RP, Have you gave any thought to ordering one from Best Buy online? Then you would have it and be able to use your gift card. Just an idea. Hope you get it soon, and let us know how it works.
Im hoping to get the new XM receiver and adapter harness for my Alpine for christmas. I cant wait.

 

I have the Delphi system in my pickup, and love it. Tons of choices for music and other stuff. I'm addicted to the comedy channels.

 

Ordered from CC on the 13th, picked up on the 18th.

I have it in hand but haven't had much of a chance to 'tinker' with it as of yet. I'll write something up once I get to play with it...
