factory cd changer will load and eject cds but not turn on??
Hello, after I finished installing my new amp to my factory 6 disc cd changer I attempted to turn on the radio to check everything but it wont work. It will load and eject cds but when I push the power button nothing happens. I can even set the clock if I want to. I have no idea on what to do. Thanks in advance. Daniel

it sounds like there is a problem with your switched power. there are two power leads to a stereo, unswitched that keeps the time and possibly the cd load and unload, and switched power which essentially lets the stereo to turn on when the key is in the on position. check the fuse and possibly the wiring if it was rewired during the install.
