Due to too much crap to do in life i dont have the time to build my own box anymore. I got a quote of $1500 for a painted fiberglass box that will house two 12" subs and have a built in amp rack for two diamond audio D7 amps. Does this price sound about right?

 

Wow I wish I had cash like that to spend on a BOX?!?! I built mine in a day or two...

 

That is way high. Wish i could afford something like that.

 

I built my downfire box for 1-10" for under my back seat in about 4 hours... first box build too.
Of course, mine is all wood.

I was quote $250 for an underseat fiberglass box for 1-10" for my truck. $1500 is outrageous I think... absolute rip off.

 

I went to some other stereo shops and they all wanted way more then $1500 for what i was wanting. Maybe ill just wait till summer when i can build my own.
