Its in

Well I installed the 6 disc changer. After some trimming of the plastic (really easy with a small hand saw and Dremel tool) the unit popped right in.

The part number on the changer that I installed is 3c3t-18c815aa.

As previously stated, it controls no only the 6 discs in the HU itself, but the remote Disc unit that came with my old HU. Now I have a 12 disc player.

Glad it worked out for you. I'm pleased with mine so far, especially with the Clarion Stealth sub added on.

Thanks,

Tell me about the Clarion Sub. What did you have to do to install? Was it easy or difficult?

Does the indash 6CD player sound any better than your previous unit?

As far as I can tell, there is no difference in the sound between the 6-disc and the previoius unit.
