Does anyone know if the CD on this ebay link will fit my truck? Is this the HU that requires the slight dash mod? Will this HU also run my CD console changer?

I have a 2002 F150 supercrew King ranch, with in dash cassette and 6 disc in the console, all factory. I have also added the custom sub enclosure from Clarion/Crutchfield.

 

Well, I bought it anyway, and I guess I didnt pay close enough attention. This radio will probably not fit in my dash. It doesn't have the holes for the keys, so I guess the fit is different. Guess I'll have to back up and punt, which means sell it, hope I get what I paid, and buy another.

 

Did you pull out your existing unit to see if your dash needs modified? I don't know if 2002 has the already modified dash or not, but my 2003 does. I have the same 6cd unit in my truck from the factory.

Doug, I checked out your gallery. It appears as though the 6cd HU you put in has the key holes. I believe thats the one I should have bought. The one I ended up with doesn't have the key holes, and it has a lip around it, so I think its for a slightly different dash. Probably the same unit but the face on it is different. Thanks for the info, though.
