Stang MP3-Single CD plug in play in F-150?
My daughter inlaw handed me her new MP#-Cd player from here Mustang today..She put in a Alpine head unit..Willl this plug n play and if so will it be able to control the 01 Lightning CD ^ changer?

not an expert
but I think it should.. I have exchanged my head unit for the MP3 and it controls the disc changer as well
