Thumbs up PIAA Light Install Complete

I just completed the install of the PIAA airdam and lights, and added some custom switches to the dash. You can check more pictures of the install at this link:

I like the new look for the front of my truck, and on foggy nights here in Florida, the foglights are a big help. I added custom switches because I dont have the factory foglight harness/relay etc. and I wanted to be able to independently control the lights without having to turn on the headlights or running lights.

I did have a problem with the mounting brackets - they were both tilted inwards and I had to shim them. This probably wouldn't be a problem for driving lights, byt the fogs are a very wide, narrow beam and tilting it puts it in the oncoming drivers' eyes.

Hope you enjoy the pictures....

Thumbs up

Looks good. I had the same problems with the brackets and ended up turning them upside down to fit the lights.

What diameter are the larger lights? I have some FET Catz Landmaster lights, and I'm wondering if they would fit in the airdam? BTW, who makes the airdam?

the airdam is made by PIAA. The outside lights hole in the airdam has a diameter to accomodate approximately a 7" light...
