HEADERS- Emissions legal ??
HEADERS- Emissions legal ??
Hey guys, I just got a great deal on some JBA headers for my Screw. I was calling some places to get price quotes for install (as I am not mechanically inclined to do it) and the local Midas shop said that it wouldnt be emissions legal in Missouri. I thought JBA headers were 50 state legal ?? Can some one shed some light on this, thanks
as far as I know there 50 state legal. Midas is probably just morons who want to avoid doing the work, LOL. Try and find someplace that actually sells the JBA's and they should be able to install them.
They are 50 states legal. The guy at Midas is smokin' somethin!! Check it out at JBA's website www.jbaheaders.com

Thanks for the feedback guys. You all were definitely right about that. I called JBA and the guy said of course they are and had no idea Midas was smokin'. I called the distributor in Missouri and he said they were full of #%@. So, I got some new ceramic coated JBA headers coming this weekend. Thanks guys
I went to JBA headers' website and they have a 'clearance' section on the home page (lower right side) Some of them are 'lightly' used (for testing), some are new but had some repair made to them... either way they still carry the full regular warranty and you get them for half the price. Only problem is that stock is limited
