New HIDS and lightning heads..........help
hey everybody
i installed new hids and i didnt like the glare it gave off so i installed new lightning heads today...i must say it looks really good
so i took a drive tonight and it seems that both lights are turned way down low (only see about 10ft in front, thats it), and that my passanger side seems to have one spot higher then the rest, so i want a nice even line going across and having a good amount of light shined down the road, how do i do this?
i have looked at other threads, but dont seem to get it , so how do i adjust the bulbs?

I had the same issue. It was very time consuming for me when I did it.
You need this tool: http://www.amazon.com/Lisle-14540-He.../dp/B0002SR8AK
I got mine at O'Reilly's for $20.
Then follow this thread: https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...eadlights.html
It's a pain in the ***, but once you get it done, you'll be satisfied.

Be advising since you put an aftermarket lighting kit that was NOT made for halogen reflectors you will never get a perfect "cutoff" of light. You will have it scattering everywhere. I had the exact same setup and got tired of the crap before switching back to halogens and eventually retrofitting a projector.
