Good call, thanks for being mindful. Proper retro-fit projectors are super slick, I eagerly await pics.

I've got them, and they are much less than a grand.

The difference between HIDs in reflectors and retrofitted projectors is night and day. I know I don't like being blinded by the ricers who throw HIDs in their reflector housings so it'd be pretty hypocritical of me to put them into a lifted truck.

True. They can easily cost a thousand though. How much did you end up spending on your setup? The last dude I talked to spent around 1300.

Mine are significantly more than $400 though.

The Bi-Xenon Projector Retro-Fit alone is $400, it includes:
  • 50 Watt Digital HIDs (4300k, 5000k, 6000k, 8000k, or 10000k)
  • Precision V1 (2.5") Bi-Xenon Projectors > (V2 - 3" Bi-Xenon Projectors ADD $100)
  • Premium CCFLs around Projectors (white, yellow, red, blue, green, or purple)
  • Plug & Play install
  • Lifetime Manufacturer warranty on all components

The housings, blacking things out, additional CCFLs, Devil Eyes, return shipping, etc are all extra.

I read through your thread and couldn't find where you directly said what you paid for your setup. I know it's "significantly more than $400" and "much less than a grand."

I just did a HID retrofit to my 02... price was pretty cheap.

New Lightning headlights and clear corners = $180 shipped
HID Retrofit conversion = $330 shipped.
Misc supplies = $20.

Total = $530

having a cutoff like this = pricless:

Please show some pics of the headlight itself! I've never seen a 97-03 retrofit; you may be the only one on this site.
