Do F150 owners need a Guage Pod solution?

We are still working on filling out our line for the F150, we'd like to offer more products than just an antenna for you.

CravenSpeed is best known for the FlexPod, a modular gauge mounting kit. FlexPod kits mount without making any irreversible changes to you truck. The you can add gauges, GPS devices, phones ect.

You can have a look at the setup we just designed for the Tacoma at TheFlexPod.com

Anyone interested in something like this for the F150?

So what else can you put on it besides the gauges. I don't see what I need to put on there what do most truck guys put on theirs?

Looks like a great setup! Most of us run the edge/php setup so this is an awesome location to mount two more gauges.

I'd love to run this setup if I go with a power adder, perfect for a/f and boost.

Very interested in iPhone and handheld GPS mount.

Nevermind, the price tag of the GaugePod is way more the ProClip mounts.

That's true, it will not be cheap. A kit for the iPhone and a GPS would be less than the standard 2-1/16 gauge pod at $139...but we can't machine aluminum here in Oregon for what they charge to make plastic stuff overseas.

Oh so you can use the iPhone mount without the gauge pod? I thought that the mount went off of the gaugepod so you needed both.

It is on the expensive side, but for supporting a small American company; I'm okay with that. So, here's one vote for, "Yes, I'm interested!"

The kit we have for sale for the Tacoma includes a mounting bracket and two gauge cups at that price. The gauge cups are more expensive than the modules for the Garmin and iPhone so it should cost less than the gauge mounting kit that would have the bracket and the two modules.

We do not have a design planned for the F150 mounting bracket, so that would have a big impact. I would expect the kit you are talking about to be over $100 though. I am not sure what a pair of ProClip devices would cost.

I would consider gauge pods and/or a scangauge mount.
I have another vehicle that could use some better gauge mounts designs, I'll send a pm.

Is that because the alternative is an A pillar mount?
