Need more fuel!
Lots of fuel
I might suggest Transfer Flow. They make in bed tanks. I think they go from 25 gal to stupid large. Some are for gas vehicles. The only thing is the price of the tank will be the least of your problems. Going to take deep pocket to fill up.
Good luck and post pics of your setup.

But there is so many problems with that idea. If you have ever see and done a fuel tank on your truck? The sensors, pump, air lines are all ontop of tank so doing this would more likely either leak, overflow or flow out of the trucks normal fuel line into the tank for filling..
I would still suggest the Tank in the bed, that way you can remove it in the off seasons of hurricanes and not have to worry about fuel cost hauling around that tank full or empty.
The inbed tanks are a good idea for when the hurricanes hit. Like hoser89 said, you could take it out during the off season. Some of them come in a large "L" shape so if your toolbox sits on the rails you will only lose about 6 inches of bedspace.
There are some that would fit under the cover but they take up a significant amount of bed space. You could make one to fit but I'm not sure where you would put it, the belly of the truck is usually pretty well filled up.
