It happens, I'm super OCD about my wheels and tires. I have to have them looking good all the time. Especially the tires

Yeah, I have ordered the monsters, and keep going back and forth on that decision.

I am not the greatest in keeping wheels clean. That is part of the reason I went with black wheels.

How do they look dirty? Do they still look okay?

They still look fine when they're a little dirty. Of course too much dirt is just too much dirt.

Is just a slight "chalky" color is the easiest way to describe it, you really have to be up close to the wheels to really notice

Yes it is. Now the "short bed" looks like a long bed, and the long bed seems ridiculously long lol

Still waiting on my Monsters to come in, and I'm having 2nd thoughts.

I think it's coming from looking on forums all day at trucks with black wheels, and I'm kinda feeling they are a little played out. I don't see many of them on the street around here, but all over the forums.

Anyone else have this feeling?

Nope. I think certain styles of black wheels are played out, but in general I think they look much better than just about any other finish...when they're on the right truck, of course.

By the way, maybe I've been lucky, but I don't have the "chalky" look at all.

Personally I love black wheels, but I don't like the "ALL BLACKED OUT Look" A good example of balance is DarrenWS6's truck. He has a balance of Chrome & Black. He is working on PTM some aspects to have even more balance. Monsters are just a wheel that look good on almost any truck.

With that said, do what you want. I originally wanted the Addicts. But had a buddy getting rid of the monsters because of BSing issues for a great deal. No one else in our area has these wheels but my good buddy had on his truck. With that said no one else has a truck like mine in the area. Not saying that bragging. I'm just saying I made it my own, by doing mods that are unique to other F150s in the area

I do alot. I see a ton of Hostages on forums. But if i took and drove around all day, i would be lucky to find a set of black Fuel wheels, much less Hostages. As long as you like them, go with it. The interwebs is full oft he same thing. Look at everyone rollin around on Trail Graps, or Mud Graps. Just bc they all have them, and you like them doesnt mean you shouldnt get them.
