2x4 to 4x4 conversion?

Does anybody know roughly how much it would cost to convert a 96 F1-50 2 wheel drive to a 4x4?

Thanks

there are way to many variables to that question to give you a straight answer, like what kind of axles you are gonna run suspension(link or leaf) and what kind of work you are able to do yourself

U'd probably be better off selling it and buying a 4X4.

Yeah I figured that, but it is damn hard to find a 96 or later truck with a manual transmission in at least decent shape.

well you would need a straight axle, transfer case, axle, steering, suspension, and more. it just depends how detailed you wanna go. you would be better off selling and buying one with how the truck market is
