throttle body

I was wanting to know if an after market throttle body would be worth the time and money.

how many more horses will you get out of it?

it is hard to make it work with a fuel injected 05 f150 4.6L?

any gains in fuel economy?

which brand is the best?

thanks
Jimbo

The stockers will support around 400hp, so unless you have power adders just leave it stock. The main thing I felt with my 75mm was increased throttle response and it takes less pedal effort to gain speed, but maybe 5hp if you are lucky.

I've seen larger ones for sale on some website. The only thing I didnt like was the fact they were universal fit.
