well, sorry to bring this post back up but the guys at saleen just told me they dont carry the grille for retail sale anymore. the only way anyone cane get one is if they have a saleen truck and they get in a front end accident. Bummer cause i love the look of those grilles and Cragar quoted me $300 dollars not including shpping... kind of pisses me off

Has anyone ever tried to PTM this grille? I like it but I don't know if I want a black grille. Not sure how a red grille will look either.

I can come upon them , but they will not have the saleen logo on the right corner, they are aftermarket. As all of you have said, they are hard to come upon. The ones on ebay are expensive too.

yes, you are correct.. you could paint the chrome with black Krylon fusion, it will stick just fine as long as you scuff the chrome up

Ordered last week, and installed over the weekend. Nice change. After a few years it's good to mix it up. Makes me appreciate the ole girl all over again. Some before and after pics... It was getting dark when I took the last two so bear with me. I opted to go without the Saleen badge. Had some extra patriot decal inserts so I stuck a (DSG) Triton 5.4 in the space for the Saleen badge. Let me know if it's yea or gay.
