Unhappy Remote Starter (compustar) Question

Hello,

TRUCK: 2005 Ford F150 5.4 XLT

REMOTE STARTER: CompuStar 1WAMR-G2

I seem to be having trouble with my newly installed remote starter - it won't crank first thing in the morning (ALARM JUST FLASHES FOR ABOUT 30 SECS!) but yet after that it works fine throughout the day - Next morning, SAME ISSUE. I've tried suggestions such as unlocking the truck with the Factory Remote (Worked ONCE) - I am assuming the alarm system resets over a period of hours?

Any help or suggestions to tell the installer would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in Advance!

After it fails to start does light on the top of the dash near the windshield flash rapidly? If so then it's the key bypass module that is fautly. If they used a module that uses an extra key that is hidden under the dash then they would have used a antenna type bypass that wraps around the key cylinder. These can prove to be faulty in really cold mornings or really hot days.
