Unless it's a Nathan Airchime, Leslie or Prime that was actually used on a Locomotive, then it's not a REAL train horn...
Siege, Omega, Buell, Kleinn, Kong, etc., etc. horns may be tuned to train horn notes, but they're still not authentic train horns (which are on a completely different level)....
Basically any of the chrome stuff on FleaBay that claim to hit 152db or higher are nothing more than glorified truck horns pretending to be train horn :o
Those numbers are pure marketing hype at its finest...
In fact, Nathan Airchime rates their loudest locomotive horn at just 143db, so unless the other companies are ramming their db meters down the neck of the horn itself, there's no way they will hit 152db or higher
On a sidenote, any of these horns will be deafening and even though they might get the job done, they shouldn't be called train horns unless they're REAL train horns

Is it possible to separate the horns from the base?
It would make installation much easier if they could
I have an HB4H Conductor Special (Buell Blaster/4 horns) on my golf cart and it's completely hidden cause they don't have a base
