You might wanna check the ground wire on the switch.

I've had the 165W daylighters for about a month and at first, the switch would light up when I turned the lights on. However, now I turn the KCs on but the switch does not light up anymore. What may be the problem???

Probably the ground... could it be the LED got zapped inside it? Check for continuity through the light ground of the switch with it in the on position.
