Will I notice a performance Mass Air Flow Sensor?

Long story short, I destroyed my Mass Air Flow Sensor over the weekend, and need to replace it. I have some aftermarket engine components already like the K&N FIPK, JBA Headers, Emico Free-flow catalytic convertors, and flowmaster exhaust. I'm wondering if the extra price for the Pro-M or Granatelli Mass Air Flow Sensor would be worth it, or if I wouldn't notice anything at all.
Anyone have experience iwth ugprading?

Granetelli mass air makes a big differance!!!!! I installed mine while truck was on the dyno and the truck lost 22 rear wheel horsepower they are JUNK also made the truk very lean. Save a lot of money and stay with a stock mass air. the only way you need any more is if you are supercharged and maxing out the stock mass air and then use the lightning unit.

Matt-
I didn't notice a chip/tuner on your list of mods. That would be my first mod. If you want an aftermarket MAF, ask your tuner if they recommend tuning changes before you buy one.
