it's not an extang. i had one on my last truck and the stitching all came apart. i didn't like the snaps either. it was on the truck when i bought it. so when it came to buying this one i looked at them all and picked the Access Roll-up made by Lite Rider. the bows roll up with the cover and is also lockable. when you roll it up all you have to do is open the tailgate, reach over to the left pull back the locking tab and then hold the right tab (which is spring loaded) and start to roll it up. no need to undo the velcro. when you do it up you just unroll to the tailgate and it snaps over and tightens. the spring loaded release holds it place and then all you do is slide the left hand tab to lock it and walk around and press the velcro down. it does stick up above the bed rail by approx an inch or so. the nice thing about this one thou is that the tension is adjustable. unfortunately i can't remember the model #. you might want to do a search for lite rider and see what you come up with. if i find something i'll post back here for you.

found it. go to www.literider.com

i believe i paid $460 plus the taxes installed but that is here in Canada. not sure how much they are in the USA. this was for the premium one which they had on sale. the only difference between the premium and the regular one is that that rails are painted black instead of the non painted aluminum. sorry i can't help you anymore then that.

Have had the full-tilt for about 2 years. I love it. Snapless model, cost around $300 delivered. Took 1/2 hour to install.

Keeps the bed dry, no problems with snow caving it in, doesn't whip in the wind. Can be rolled up, or fully removed - quickly and easily by one person.

I forget the website where I ordered it, but can look it up for you if needed.

If you order one, make sure you get a bottle of 'Tonno-Tonic' to keep it nice and shiny! (ArmorAll will void the 10 year warranty)

Does the fulltilt allow you to open the tailgate without raising the cover?

www.tntserve.com

Current prices are: $316 for snap model, $346 for snapless. Free Shipping.

They were very friendly, and worked with Extang to replace a torn piece of weatherstripping (from shipping damage) for me. As I said, 2 years - 0 heartburn!
