Another NH native here... Nashua

I can verify the bad service from Nashua's BEST FORD dealership, from personal experience.
I left them after they stuck me with a $43 oil change only using Synth Blend.
From a previous $31 / $32 dollar oil change to $43?
I don't think so.
Told the guy directly... if you don't change the price code and lower my bill right now somewhere closer to my previous bills,
I will pay it today, but I will never come back for any service at this dealership.
He didn't change the price, so I never went back, and I look for any opportunity to spread the news about my last experience there.

Best ford

Yeah Ive used Best a few times. Thats where the tech loaded the level 3 program into my Edge. When I dropped it off I had returned it to stock. It also took three trips for them to get all my plugs changed without a failure. I made the appointment over a week in advance, and expected them to have it for a day to change the plugs. They ended up having it over the weekend because they didnt have all the plugs. (go figure). Then one cylinder started misfiring months later, it was a Cracked plug (trip two), then motor started to tick, it was another plug that was working its way out. (trip three). I keep my truck very clean and detailed, when I picked it up there was grease all over my armrest and doorpanel, my freshly repainted front bumper cover was scratched and I found a rag laying next to my power steering pump pulley when I opened the hood. I let the service manager know what I had found. I got a "Sorry about that" I had poor service at Reagan ford in Haverhill MA. as well. Poor meaning they didnt do all the work I was paying for. but thats another story.

Getting a little late in the season for car shows....I'm planning on attending a few here in Maine this month. Here's where I go for most listings: hotkarz.com and http://www.oldride.com/events/newhampshire.html.

If anybody is interested in mud or offroad events. I have been hearing great things about both places. I will be at Go Deep Mud on the 19th, but will miss the Vermonster because I will be in NY that weekend for the Yankee Red Sux game.

I'm in Bedford.

Autofair is fine. They treated me pretty well when I was under warranty, but I'm most likely going to take my repair service to Unique in Goffstown since that's where I bought out my lease and purchased the extended warranty.
