OK..so lets do it. From the experience of others, we should do it within a months time. If it goes longer than that, people forget or lose intrest. I followed the Cali Pismo beach meet and it seemed to go well from start to finish in about a month...

Lets say we do it the weekend of June 23rd, 24th and 25th.

DAMN!

I'm no good for that weekend. My company's annual sales meeting starts that Saturday and I'm running a few training sessions.

Ok....you tell me what works for you. I'm very flexible with my days off. As long as I know a week ahead of time, I'm all good.

Okay.

I'm thinking of the following possible dates:

June 16-18
June 30 - July 2nd (traffic might suck and most people are prob busy)
July 7-9
July 14-16

Let's see what kind of response we get on these dates. I'll post something on the Titan boards as well to see if we can get a good number of trucks to participate. We had about 6 or 7, which works out pretty nice. We need a minimum of 3 to get into the park as a group.

I think July 7-9 would be good. June 16-18 seems a little close to try to get things together.

What do you think guys? Lets get this thing rolling

July 7-9 it is!!!

Now, we need to make sure we get enough people involved. Paragon has a 3 truck minimum.

COOL!!!!!!!!!

Now just to get all the North East guys to see this thread.

Do you know the names of the campgrounds up there? Once we get a list of guys we'll have to figure out how we're gonna do it, how were all gonna meet up and all that stuff....

Okay, I added the thread here: https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=241271

We've narrowed it down to July 7th through July 9th. I posted some details about the campground, park, and general instructions.

Now we just need to snag some interest in the event and get some participants.

Honestly, my was wife was dragging me to the even initially (she has a Titan), but I had an AWSOME time!!!

I don't think Anyone would be disappointed!

Could you do it the next weekend? You're the second guy that cant make it that weekend. If you can do it the following one, I think Wolf can make it then to, we might want to change the date...It's still early enough
