Hi guys, I have a 2010 Platinum that I upgraded the Sync software/maps/Nav software. After updating I notice that the GPS has no clue where I am and has the 'No GPS' symbol displayed. I have done the factory reset, issue continues. After cruising the forums, I am still no closer to knowing what the issue is...could be the antenna?

Any help/thoughts would be appreciated.

Hey schunter21,

If you have the NO GPS symbol on your navigation screen, you must vist the dealer. The master reset will not fix the issue because it's possibly a hadware concern.
