Where to mount GPS antenna & Bluetooth mic?

Just bought a kenwood 6180 and I'm wondering where everyones mounting their GPS antennas and Bluetooth mics at? Pics would be great!! Trying to make it look as factory as possible! I know in my Chrysler 300 I had before I got my truck I put in a gps head unit and I mounted the antenna right above the radio in the dash. Is this possible to do with the kenwood?

On my '06 there's a metal bar that runs under the dash up towards the firewall, I just stuck the GPS antennae there and it works great. Pretty much right under the dash where TK5 has his mounted.

I just put the radio in last night and was going to put it on that bar but ended up sticking that pad that comes with the antenna
And stuck it to the bottom of the dash pad. It works fine so far!

I mounted my gps antenna like ian 51279. You just want to make sure that it does not have metal over the top of it or your signal maybe weak or non-exsistant. I mounted the external mike next to the cigerette lighter where I allso mounted some bezel switches to control rearview camera and signal from rear seat dvd players. The rearview switch allows the camera to stay on when I want to monitor loads and hook up to trailers instead of just in reverse. These allow for cleaner install .

i've got an 04 (new body style) and mounted my mic in front of the cluster in on the bezel lower right side corner so the wire is hidden. had to loosen a few dash panels to get the connector to pass between the bezel and cluster. as for my gps antenna i mounted it on top of the metal bar you see in the second picture in tk5's post its under the plastic tray and haven't had any issues. gps is dead on.

My mic is in the headliner close to the pillar on the driver side so it's not directly in my field of vision. I've had GPS antennas mounted in a few different places, the one like TK5's I had mounted on the far left of the dash on the driver side. I had another one that was magnetic so I mounted it on the roof which looked kind cool.
