DVD/Nav Question

I have a 2007 KingRanch F150. It has nav but not DVD. I have found this radio. It is Plug & Play for a 2007 without nav. Are the Factory harnesses the same for a truck without nav as they are with nav. If they are then I should be able to just plug this radio in and be good to go. DVD on the move.

Plug and play, except those aftermarket units are junk. I have the same unit (only made for my Dodge Ram) and it sucks. I have the Ford factory NAV in my 08 Expy and it's a million times better.

Have you looked into the LockPick units? They allow you to modify your factory NAV to allow DVD play, backup camera, NAV unlock etc...

Well I finally picked up the truck today. It has I guess a standard Nav HU. There is no bluetooth or DVD function. Will the lockpick enable the dvd slot to play movies? Is there another Ford model HU that has bluetooth and DVD that will work in my truck.
