Video Bypass for sony???

I am looking at purchasing a Sony XAV-70BT and am wondering how to by pass the parking brake so I can play video while in motion.

I have seen several threads and videos using Kenwood an Pioneer's with either a switch or relay but saw 1, just 1 little idea that all you have to do is ground the parking brake wire VS the more difficult trick.

Can anyone confirm before I pull the trigger??

Thanks in advance.

so no switch or relay? Sweet, thank you. I was hoping this is all I needed. I guess that is why there is no real info out there because it is really basic.
