Anyone know how can help me reprogramm my nav unit?
Can anyone help where or whom can help me in reprogramming a factory nav unit for my truck?

not positive but I beleive the dealership has to hook it up and program it for your truck.

Most dealers do not have the equipment to reprogram the factory nav unit. Call Dominic at ARC 781-721-0092 Cost is around $150, I had one reprogrammed a couple of years ago and it worked great once I got it back.
