I have 2008 limited supercrew f150. Audiophile, steering wheel controls, sirius. Would a Nav unit from a 2008 King Ranch supercrew with all the same features as mine except sirius radio still work for my truck, plug and play require re-programming?

 

Should work just fine..........you will have an unused Sirius button on the screen......what is nice is if you ever want sirius all you need to do is add the module and antenna.......
