I agree, the only reason I bought from crutchfield is they were the cheapest at the time. My 7120 is a refurbed unit and it was 800 from crutchfield a year ago, at that time they were 950-1000 on ebay for a new in box with no warr. At least the refurbed unit got a 90 day warr and crutchfield is an authorized retailer for kenwood. NOBODY and I repeat NOBODY on ebay is
