Oh yes, once you have it and learn to use it I think it is. I only test drove it, and it is the best system I've seen to date. There is that feeling of confidence you get when your driving your truck, and in complete control of every situation no matter what happens. You will always find your way with out ever leaving you vehicle, and with the blue tooth you can even safely talk to anyone just for the company in a traffic jam.

the 2004-08 nav was not much to write home about, but this one is.

You can get a top of the line aftermarket unit with every feature for at least 3/4 the price of the factory navigation, if not cheaper.

Ex Chevy, my truck did not come with the back up camera. I bought one and installed it myself. I got some great advice here fron Huedon, Elite Motoring and papa737. I installed the factory camera and wired it into the nav screen. Once I got my lazy *** motivated to do it, it only took about an hour. No real big problems and I love it!!!

The 2010 NAV is superior to any aftermarket due to the integration of factory Ford controlled functions like climate control and other Ford specific controls. I agree that aftermarket NAV units will give a better audio sound than stock. The 2010 NAV does a fine job of combining the two and you will not be disappointed.

Is it really that big of a difference to have to twist on a **** to adjust the temperature and what vents the air is coming out of as opposed to seeing it on the screen? Not worth the extra $1500.
