Installing iSimple Ipod connector and Parrot 3200LS to Ford Navigation

I just installed a Pioneer Ford OEM Navigation in my 06 F150 Lariat. I am now looking to add the iSimple and Parrot 3200LS. Has anyone installed both of these together? If so, is it hard or simple plug and play?

I can say the iSimple is. Not sure how the Parrot hooks up.

Parrot, not so much. Not terribly difficult, but not super easy either.
