PAC-JACK install issue. Need Help

We'll I installed a DNX-8120 in my 07 Screw Lariat and the Pac-jack I bought isn't working. It programs to the right version, but then won't do much. When trying to program SW functions the LED won't come on. PAC says to check the connection on the #18 pin. They state it should have around 5v and pressing a SWC button should drop it to 4.5v. I don't seem to have any volts on the #18 pin at all. I plugged in the factory 6cd back in and SWC's work just fine. Confused to say the least.

Update on issue. Since the LED stayed off while the white wire was unplugged PAC said it was a bad unit. Crutchfield replaced it no problems. The new unit worked right out of the box. Love the SWC's. I mean the radio is 8 inches away and the remote control is sometimes 10 so you really need the controls at your finger tips. Anyway knowone ever suggested a fix so I thought I post an update.
