Hi all, well I have a Kenwood KVT-817DVD. Monitor/Receiver was stolen a while ago and haven't been able to find a replacement monitor for it. I was thinking about just selling the brain but then an opportunity came up. I saw someone selling a KVT 617DVD Monitor/Receiver. Does anyone know if this combination will work? I called Kenwood and they said it may work but they didn't recommend it(I'm guessing for warranty purposes). Anyone tried this before? Any other Kenwood Monitor/Receiver that might work with this brain unit? thanks in advance...
