OEM nav headunit and different part numbers

My part number for my navigation headunit is... 7L3T-18K931-CC. I need another one as mine has gave up on me. I cant find any with this EXACT part number. I have a OEM DVD player also. Does that matter. Do I have to have this EXACT part number in order to plug and play or what? My truck is a 07 harley f150 Supercrew.

I cant answer your question completely, but can tell you that I got an oem nav unit out of a 07 expedition and installed it in my 06 lariat. I did have to have it re-programmed and then it was simple plug and play.

did you already have the navigation headunit and setup or did you put it in there as an upgrade. Im just wondering why there is so many different part numbers for the same stereo. I kinda need an answer to this question as im ready to have a headunit again.
