Okay, I just downloaded Nuteburner as suggested on here to convert my itunes to MP3's so I can transfer them to a memory stick for my Ford sync. My wife wanted me to convert some of Britney Spears songs so I did but there are some of her music that will not transfer to the flash drive. Noteburner changed them over to MP3's and I am able to play them. I even emailed them to another computer and the played fine. But every time I try to transfer them over to the flash drive Windows gives me an error message "* Can not copy Britney Spears-*****-The directory or file cannot be created" This comes up in a red * box. I do know that these songs did not come from the itunes store. She got them from a friend. So, my question is what am I doing wrong?

 

Check to see if the stick is in write-protect mode. there should be a little switch on the side of the stick.
