Sir,
I have spoke to you before on several occasions before I deployed to Iraq. I am back now and was in the process of getting the NAX970HD installed to go along with my MAX675VD in my F150. The problem is that it won't read my current loction(NC) and it just stays in CA maps. ANy idea on what causes this? The installer has no idea... only think I did notice is that he put the antenna UNDER the dash.. I thought the went on the roof. He states that it will still get reception since the dash is thin plastic and it will go through windshield. It is located right under the middle "tray" on my dash. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
