There is not a kit to integrate it into the factory HU but there are kits that have built in speakers and work separate from the radio and speakers in the car. Some are more depth than others....ex. one clips onto the visor and you talk to it and it talks to you and makes your calls. Others need to be installed by somebody who can take your car apart, find power ground hide wires and the kit gives you a screen and a mic that need to be mounted places... look at best buy or circuit city's website for some examples.
