Greetings all,

I have a 2003 SCrew with a factory installed 6 disc CD player. I am interested in installing an in-dash Nav unit -- either the Pioneer AVIC D3 or the Kenwood DNX7100.

I have what I think is a double din opening but Crutchfield says neither will fit in my truck. Has anyone installed either of these NAV units in a 2003 Screw.

i have a 02 screw and installed the avic d3...i couldnt figure out how it fits, when the system is bigger then the opening, so i cut about 3/4 of an inch off the top and fits like a glove..its worth it..

there is a thread that has some pics u might wanna check out. it makes it look e-z

 

Any chance of getting a link to the thread to install a double din hu in my 03 S-crew?
