Kenwood DNX7100 'Beep' Question

I have a Kenwood DNX7100 installed in my truck.

Anywhere from 2 minutes to 10 minutes after I power the unit up, my speakers mute and I get a double 'beep'. This is annoying as he!!. I read the manual several times over but cannot find any clue where the beeping is from. I have turned off beep reminder on the setup screen to no avail. Kenwood does not know where the beeping is coming from. Anyone here had a similar experience or knows why my unit beeps?

Thanks

sounds like the way the bluetooth alerts you that there is a call or maybe the phone mute wire is touching ground? Just throwing some stuff out there? I assume nothing happens on the screen or anything when it beeps to show you what it is?

Hi KC;
Nothing happens on the screen. Just the radio muting. I know I am not getting any calls as this always happens just after start up. I leave for work at 5:00 AM and it happens every morning.

I will double check my mute wire to insure it is not grounding out, you never know.

Thanks for the suggestion. It is a start.
