Exclamation New Dual Head Unit Dvd Stuff...need Help!

hey guys, i just got a brand new dual multimedia receiver with dvd and all that. i was wondering where the parking brake sensor was and if there was any other way to connect it so the dvd screen would work. any and all help would be appreciated. i have a 1997 f150. if someone could tell me where the parking break circuit is or whatever, that would be great. thanks guys!

Go to E-Bay and buy the PAC black box. If you have an Alpine Head Unit you'll want the "Pac TR-7 TR7 Alpine Video Bypass IVA-W200 IVA-W205 D105" the price with shipping is about $30.00 The box mimics the parking brake being set etc. Works great!

Brand and model of your unit will help in getting the right answer. I just grounded the brake cable to my sirius receiver and I can video while driving. Panasonic DVD model.

run the parking wire to a toggle switch and another wire from the toggle switch to a ground.the system works by seeing a sequence of on-off-on-off(or the other way around) so whenever you want the DVD to work even while driving.just flick the switch a couple of times.
i used to have the DUAL head unit too and thats how i bypassed it.
