Factory nav ?'s

How do you set the time and date on this. I cant figure it out for the life of me. And either I need to go back to school or need glasses but I cant find it in the manual either.

It is in the manual on page 29. Hit menu, then date/time button. Press it to toggle between the clock and calendar. Hopefully you can figure it out from there.
