I read through other posts and never really saw a definitive answer to what I was seeking.

Will the Ford in-dash navigation system found in the '07 models work in a '06 F150 FX4 SCrew. I currently have the factory Sirius, 6-disc, sub with the steering wheel controls and automatic climate controls.

Will this simply be a matter of plug-n-play with my existing harness? Also, Will this work with the steering wheel controls on the '06 or are the '07 steering wheel controls different?

Any suggestions as to where to purchase a factory HU...

It will be Plug and Play as long as it's programmed with your options. I have one in my 06 FX4. They only thing you would need to add is the antenna adapter as the 07's are different. If you get a NAV unit from "nothingbutaford" He will include that and make sure it's programmed correctly.
