Guilty as charged!.
Now, usually when a product uses the term "audiophile" or "audiophile grade" they are trying to imply their product would be used by one of these extra-nerdy, **** retentive guys. Usually, it's accompanied by words such as "most cost effective" or "cheapest" or similar which just proves it's not true audiophile quality, because, one of the requirements is that equipment purchasing results in the audiophile being permanently broke. Most likely, however, their product is a piece of cow dung that would only be used by those who purchased it because the manufacturer described it as an "audiophile grade" product.
Anyway, www.dictionary.com says, "a person who is especially interested in high-fidelity sound reproduction."

Everyone just keeps using the term. That is why i was curious. I have an '05 XLT with a single cd player. If I want to upgrade to let's say the 6 cd changer or the Nav unit, will it work?
