Replacing the 6-CD In-Dash player with Aftermarket Nav System... Anyone do it?
I bought an 07 F-150 FX4 with the 6-CD unit.
I wanted to pull it and replace it with a killer Nav/DVD system.
I'm quite green when it comes to these systems and wanted to see who has done what I am thinking of doing and what system they went with.
Would also like feedback on pricing and brand quality as well.

I have not done that but my 05 Lariat Supercrew came with only the single CD player. If you get a new head unit, are you going to sell your 6 CD changer? If so, I would be interested in purchasing this from you. Let me know it you decide to part with it. Also, congrats on the new truck.
