Whats the best VALUE in a DVD system?

First off, Welcome aboard. Secondly, do you have the rail system and are looking to add a DVD player to it?

 

Yes, it has the rail system installed. Want a nice dvd for the kids, but not at 1600... (Ford Price)... want to keep it looking OEM..

 

first off do you have the dvd option installed in your truck? up in your headliner you should have a harness to connect the factory dvd unit to the radio. this connector is not the 3 wire connector it is a long skinny connector with about 11 wires in it, if you do not have this harness you will have to make one. All so your radio has to have the dvd port in the back of it to work with this allso. Look on your build sheet and it should say if you have the dvd option installed.
