Also the avn6610 is nice if you have rear headrest monitors...it lets you navigate on the front screen and lets the other screens watch a movie thanks to the dual deck dvd player it has

I'm out of the loop, but have they recently released any in the US that show 3d buildings as you drive by them...a head unit in Japan had this feature it was an eclipse model if I recall correctly. It was very neat, and what can you get the z1 for nowadays (Whats the cheapest you've seen it go for)?

But why can they not make a double din that will support their 5.1 processor. I would possibly think about switching back to Eclipse if they did. But their website says it works only with 2 single din units. I used to love Eclipse. I have had the 7002, 7301, 8022, 8132, 3423, 8533. Loved them all. Great picture, great sound. After that, they started dropping features and now no 5.1 in a double din. They used to put 5.1 built in to the units even. The 8132 and 8533 had full 5.1 decoding. I am hoping that changes.

I remind em of that regularly. I also keep plugging the fact that they still dont have a 4 way active HU. Aside from DCU addon of course..

I was really hopeful that the new double din models would have it. I even scoured all the CES pics I could find trying to find one of the description signs on the new units saying 5.1. No go.

Deconder right now the only eclipse nav that will work with the 5.1 processor is the avn7000 which is a flip screen single din. It is a very nice looking piece but still not a double din.
